NOTICE OF THE 2009 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF
THE BOLTONS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the 2009 Annual Meeting of the members of The Boltons Homeowners Association, Inc. (the “Association”) will be held on the date and time stated below for purpose of electing directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

We are always interested in getting additional members involved in the association business. If you are interested in helping or wish to become a director, please contact Ron Nickson at 703-244-7149.

REGISTRATION: 7:15 p.m.
TIME OF MEETING: 7:30 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: 9820 Bolton Village Court, Fairfax, VA 22032

We encourage all of our neighbors to attend the meeting. However, if you cannot attend, please fill out the enclosed proxy, have it properly witnessed, and have your designee bring the proxy to the meeting. You also may return the proxy to the Association at the address below or give it to a Board Member. Attending the meeting or providing the proxy will help ensure that we have a quorum to conduct business. Please feel free to name any existing Board Member in your proxy as a person with authority to vote on your behalf, including David Goldberg (dgoldberg@rathbun-goldberg.com), Ron Nickson (rnickson@nmhc.org), Van Hoang (vanhoa@cox.net), Michelle Bakker (bakkermc@gmail.com), or Sue Collins (scollins@gmu.edu).
